Job summary

McCain Foods is looking for a Manager Utilities to spearhead the Process Safety Management program across North American facilities. This role involves overseeing plant utility operations and ensuring adherence to best practices in engineering utility design and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will lead sustainability efforts, support energy and water reduction initiatives, and engage in extensive project management functions as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
• Strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
• Robust analytical skills (e.g., root cause analysis).

• Lead the development and improvement of the Process Safety Management program.
• Provide engineering support for production facility HVAC activities.
• Manage capital projects adhering to deadlines and budgets.
