Join UCF's Utilities and Engineering Services team in a hands-on role responsible for the installation, testing, calibration, and maintenance of electric, chilled water, and heating hot water metering systems that support more than $25 million in annual utility cost recovery. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate utility measurement and billing by verifying meter performance, troubleshooting metering and data collection systems, and supporting the implementation of new utility metering infrastructure while working primarily in the field.
High school Diploma or Equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
UCF policy requires completion and passing of a physical exam for this position.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $26.83 - $33.52. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
Position requires a valid Class E driver's license. The position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business.
