We are looking for a Utilities Engineer to join our Blair, Nebraska team and play a critical role in ensuring reliable, efficient, and sustainable utilities operations that support manufacturing performance.As part of the Maintenance & Utilities team, you will work across multiple utilities systems, collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and environmental teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, capacity, safety, and environmental performance.The Role & Your ImpactAs a Utilities Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing utilities systems and processes to ensure reliable delivery of critical services including steam, cooling water, chilled water, compressed air, and wastewater treatment.
