Lifestance Health in Utah (Murray, Greater Salt Lake City area) is hiring Licensed Therapists for full-time, hybrid work with 2-3 days in-office and 1-2 days remote. Competitive compensation with an annual range of $75K-$106K, above-market pay based on productivity, full benefits, sign-on bonus, and a new cash incentive.

Bilingual Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged. We seek fully licensed Utah therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) who have completed a Master's program and supervision.

• Fully licensed in Utah (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Must have completed a Master's program and the supervision stage.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure excellent patient care.
