Job summary

Alleima USA LLC in Clarks Summit, PA seeks a UT and ET Level 3 ASNT Quality Professional to plan, implement, and manage the NDT certification program. The role requires technical authority for UT/ET work, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with NAS410/EN4179 and related standards.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, examinations, grading criteria, and certifying personnel from Trainee to Level 3 Examiner, with occasional travel to meet customer and project needs.

Qualifications

• Current ASNT Level 3 certificate in UT and ET is required.
• Level 2 in UT and ET with potential to obtain Level 3 within 3 months will be considered.
• 3–7+ years of quality engineering experience in regulated industries recommended.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the NDT certification program for UT and ET.
• Develop and administer certification training and testing material (written and practical).
• Develop procedures, examinations, and grading requirements for UT/ET certs.
• Certification tests for UT and ET personnel from Trainee to Level 3 Examiner.
• Approve UT/ET procedures, training plans, and certification requirements.
• Maintain compliance with NAS410/EN4179, ASNT standards, NAVSEA requirements, MIL-STD, AMS2634, and ASME.
