Job summary

Crowley is seeking a skilled Fuel Terminal Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a combined marine terminal and petroleum tank farm. The role requires a strong background in the petroleum sector, supervisory experience, and hands-on mechanical capability.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certifications, and proven ability to write routine reports and maintain records. Overtime may be required as part of the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• First aid and CPR certifications.
• Five years petroleum industry experience with at least two years in a supervisory Fuel Terminal role.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a combined marine terminal and petroleum tank farm.
• Inventory control at the terminal.
• Oversee repairs of equipment from power tools to hydraulic equipment.
• Maintain shop in clean and orderly condition.
• Coordinate basic repairs in various mediums.
• Perform basic mechanical and electronic troubleshooting.
• Assist in maintaining shop supplies and parts inventory.
• Handle basic engine and machine repairs as necessary.
• Prepare reports and maintain work orders/records.
• Serve as first responder for oil spill incidents.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Will not discipline or effectively suggest discipline.

What You’ll Do

• Assigned duty as first responder to any company oil spill incidents.
• Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• Must meet all qualifications as a Fuel Truck Driver.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• First aid and CPR certifications.
• Five years petroleum industry experience with a minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory position at a Fuel Terminal required.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
