Job summary

AEXP Express Corporation in Comstock, NY is seeking a mail delivery driver for a United States Postal Service route. This full-time position starts on 11/14/2026 and requires you to provide your own cargo van with at least 240 cubic feet of cargo space.

Schedule runs 6 days a week with varied hours; $280/day paid monthly as a 1099 contractor. Applicants should reside in Comstock, NY and be able to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have legal documentation to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in the Comstock, NY area.
• Must have a cargo van with at least 240 cu ft of cargo space and <5 years old, plus minimum liability insurance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sort mail and packages in delivery sequence for active mailboxes.
• Load mail and parcels in delivery sequence into a delivery vehicle.
• Deliver mail and packages to customer boxes along an assigned line of travel.
• Dismount to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.
• Other administrative duties are required.

Job description

AEXP Express Corporation, one of the nation’s leaders in Contract Delivery Service for the United States Postal Service, with locations nationwide, is currently seeking applicants for mail delivery driver/mail carrier on a United States Postal Service mail route in Comstock, NY. This route starts on 11/14/2026.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have legal documentation to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds
• Must be able to work and safely drive in all types of weather conditions
• Must reside in the area or neighboring town/city of Comstock, NY.
• Must have a qualifying vehicle (Cargo Van with at least 240 cubic feet of cargo capacity & less than 5 years old) and minimum liability insurance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sorting mail and packages in delivery sequence foractive mailboxes
• Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into a delivery vehicle.
• Delivering mail and packages to customer boxes along an assignedline-of-travel.
• Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.
• Other administrative duties are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Former USPS employees/contractors (Highly Recommended)
• Candidates with Cargo Vans with 240 cubic feet of cargo space.

Must be available to start immediately

• Work Schedule: Full-Time: 6 Days per Week - Monday to Saturdays including some federal holidays.
• Time: 7:45am - 3:45pm and 4:00pm - 7:00pm on Mondays to Fridays, 7:45am - 3:45pm on Saturdays, and 7:30am - 12:30pm on all federal holidays except Christmas Day.
• You will provide your own vehicle.
• 72 miles a day. (36 mile delivery route)
• $280/Day as a 1099 contractor (PAID MONTHLY)
