Job summary

Leland is seeking an experienced USMLE tutor to support medical students across Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, and Behavioral Science. Tutors customize study plans, teach core concepts, and guide exam strategy in a flexible, remote setup.

Tutors set their own hours and rates, deliver sessions virtually, and work with our team to provide a high-quality, supportive learning experience that helps students reach test day confidence and performance.

Qualifications

• Assess each student's starting point and tailor a study plan.
• Teach core USMLE concepts and test prep strategies.
• Help students build accuracy, pacing, and test-day confidence.
• Candidates with a strong USMLE score and tutoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual tutoring sessions for USMLE subjects.
• Set hours and rates with flexibility.
• Collaborate with Leland team to provide high-quality tutoring.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans for each student.
