Job summary

A leading defense contractor in Yuma, AZ, is seeking a USMC Logistics Analyst to provide supply and financial support to an aviation logistics squadron. Ideal candidates will have at least six years of experience in Navy logistics, inventory management, and financial management, along with a current DoD SECRET security clearance. This role requires expertise in systems such as FASTDATA and NTCSS, with a competitive salary range from $55,400 to $116,400 depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, active DoD SECRET security clearance.
• Must have a minimum of six years of experience in Navy logistics, AIS management, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of military logistics AISs.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support and expertise across a spectrum of logistics systems.
• Utilize NTCSS, FASTDATA and other systems to perform analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
• Review, create, receive, or amend documents including DOD Email and MIPR.
• Analyze and evaluate status of funds to ensure full support of stakeholders.
• Compile contracts for work and/or services and route for approval.
• Process fuel use reported by flying squadrons.
• Audit active aircraft flight packets to ensure compliance with operating procedures.
• Compile monthly reports on flight hours and fuel consumption.
• Support End of Fiscal Year closeout for financials.
