Job summary

Marcus Theatres is hiring a part-time Theatre Operations Associate at Ridge Cinema in New Berlin, WI. Join a friendly team and help deliver great guest experiences at the concession and theater.

You will greet guests, sell tickets and snacks, keep theaters clean and safe, and follow leadership directions. This entry-level role offers flexible schedules, paid uniforms, and free movie perks through Marcus Theatres.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests throughout the facility.
• Issue tickets, direct guests and control access.
• Sell food and beverage items at concessions.
• Explain the best value by informing and suggesting products and experiences.
• Ensure auditoriums, seats, lobby, hallways and restrooms are clean and ready for showtime.
• Maintain a safe and accessible facility for all guests and associates.
• Follow direction of the leadership team.
