Job summary

INDI Staffing Services seeks a User Experience Specialist to join its Development team and work on projects with globally distributed, multicultural teams. You will be proactive, collaborate with customers to define UX needs, and prototype iterations to improve user experiences.

You will design high-quality UI for commercial software and contribute to optimizing workflows for superior UX across products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working as a developer.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI.
• Advanced English level.
• Flexible work location and schedule.
• Experience with data loads and data quality is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with one or more scrum teams and iterate UX in an agile model.
• Work with customers to understand requirements from a UX perspective and predict UX changes.
• Prototype quick mockups and iterate based on feedback from customers.
• Design high-quality UI according to modern design principles for commercial software.
