Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a User Experience Designer, Specialist to craft intuitive digital applications that empower Financial Advisors in delivering robust financial planning and coaching experiences for clients.

You will collaborate with UX Strategists, Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to translate insights and business goals into seamless advisor-facing software, simplifying complex workflows and improving usability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX, Product Design, or UI/UX experience.
• Experience designing software applications or digital products.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for advisor-facing applications and digital products.
• Translate UX strategy, business requirements, and user needs into intuitive workflows and user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

We're seeking a User Experience Designer, Specialist to design intuitive digital applications that support Financial Advisors in delivering financial planning and coaching experiences for their clients.

In this role, you'll partner closely with UX Strategists, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to transform customer insights and business goals into seamless digital experiences. • Experience incorporating AI capabilities into product experiences or design workflows.
• Experience using customer insights, analytics, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
