CyberPoint International seeks a User Experience Designer to lead UX planning, design, and development for mission-critical tools and systems in a fast-growing security-focused environment.
You will conduct UX research, gather requirements from stakeholders, and establish design standards. The role requires collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and customers to deliver intuitive, policy-aligned interfaces in an Agile setting. On-site in Maryland with TS/SCI clearance preferred.

What We’re Looking For
As a User Experience Designer at CyberPoint, you will lead the planning, design and development of user experiences for mission-critical devices, tools and systems supporting the Intelligence Community. You will work across engineering and product teams to understand user needs, translate requirements into intuitive experiences and create visual designs and interaction concepts that help customers effectively accomplish their mission objectives. You will operate in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners, developers, subject matter experts, customers and other designers. From conducting user research and gathering requirements to developing prototypes, interaction flows, and final visual designs, you will help shape the user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
