Job summary

Mills Auto Group is seeking a Used Vehicle Service Technician to join our team. The role focuses on high-quality maintenance and inspections for both new and pre-owned vehicles, with clear emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Work hours are Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule. Starting pay is hourly and may move to a higher Flat Rate based on production, with potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service environments.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Willingness to learn and apply Manufacturer trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance items including brake repairs, coolant, and transmission flushes and more.
• Tire rotation, repair, and replacement; inspect both new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Complete intermediate recall repairs and ensure proper function and safety.
• Maintain regular communication with Service Advisors and Managers about status to Guests.
