Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Consignment Specialist to join our growing team. The role focuses on acquiring used inventory from the public and delivering strong customer service to exceed expectations. You will need to learn about campers and the camping lifestyle, while working independently with a reliable work ethic.

Base pay ranges with potential for uncapped variable pay; full benefits include PTO, 401(k), and training opportunities. This position is full-time and onsite.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $90,000 or more. This is a variable pay role with uncapped variable pay.
