Job summary

Beyer Volvo Cars of Dulles is seeking a qualified used car technician to evaluate pre-owned vehicles for needed repairs and maintenance. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of service technician experience or training.
• Ability to operate all automotive tools and equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.
• State inspector and emissions inspector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team alongside Service Consultants and Pre-Owned Manager to service and repair pre-owned inventory.
• Perform routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, system diagnostics, and full auto troubleshooting and testing.
• Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair.
• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for internal and manufacturer records.
