Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models (preowned focus).
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with ability to work quickly in a high-volume shop.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately.
• Complete multi-point inspections and identify safety, mechanical, and maintenance concerns.
• Partner with the Preowned and Service teams to keep vehicles moving through reconditioning.
• Verify repairs and perform quality checks to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow established service procedures.
• Help ensure preowned vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for sale.

What You Will Do

• Inspect and diagnose preowned vehicles to identify needed repairs and maintenance
• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately

What We Are Looking For

Pay

$78,700 - $79,500 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. The hourly rate for this position is $33.80/hr. Flag rates are used for purposes of earning bonuses and range from $34.00 to $36.00 per flag hour based on experience. Bonuses range from $0 to $11,200 per year based on performance.
