Description

An Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining cars, trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles. Your main duties include:

  1. Diagnosing concerns: Using tools to identify potential problems with vehicles.
  2. Repairing Systems: engine systems, brake and steering systems, electrical and electronic systems, transmissions, fuel components, and cooling systems.
  3. Performing Maintenance: Conducting emissions inspections, safety checks, vehicle examinations.
  4. Customer Interaction: Explaining repairs and issues to drivers, providing excellent customer service.
  5. Documentation: Maintaining accurate paperwork reflecting work performed.
  6. Safety and Cleanliness: Ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
  7. Test Drives: Holding a valid state driver's license for conducting test drives.
