Performance Honda Fairfield is seeking a highly skilled Used Car Service Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Compensation is a flat rate based on experience, offering competitive rates up to $42.00 per hour with potential quarterly bonus earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Honda or similar brands.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Honda vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose issues and perform inspections.
• Perform iService inspections on all vehicles.
• Update service advisors on repairs and suggest needed services.
• Keep workspace clean and follow safety protocols.
• Stay current on automotive technology and repairs.
