Job summary

Byrider Wausau is seeking a Used Car Sales Associate to connect with customers and build lasting relationships at our Wausau location. You will set and manage appointments, assist buyers through the loan process, and complete structured training plans to grow your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers and build lasting relationships

• Set and manage customer appointments

• Assist customers through the loan process

• Complete structured training plans to grow your skills

• Support dealership marketing efforts, including social media

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license

• Experience in customer service or sales (preferred, not required)

• Strong people skills – able to build rapport and trust

• Energetic, confident, and self-motivated

• Willingness to work within store hours

• Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen

Work Schedule

• No Sundays

• 5-day work week

• Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm

  • Saturday: 9am–5pm

• Average 40–45 hours per week
