Job summary

This leader will work closely with the General Manager to align inventory with demand, control costs, and maximize gross profit while maintaining top-tier customer experiences.

The role requires strong automotive judgment, aggressive yet compliant market pricing, and visible leadership on the showroom floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive used-vehicle management or sales management.
• Strong appraisal and market-pricing ability.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory acquisition, appraisal, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee aging, reconditioning, and frontline readiness of pre-owned vehicles.
• Coach sales team on inventory presentation and deal structure.
• Manage daily and weekly operating metrics and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and ethical standards.
