Qualifications

  • Strong Used Auto Sales and Used Sales Management Experience.
  • Knowledge of vAuto, CDK, CRM, preferably Elead, and First Pencil desking tool.
  • Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.

  • Buy Used Cars at below-market prices as deemed feasible.
  • Market Used Cars and drive traffic to the dealership.
  • Coach sales team on how to sell used vehicles.

This person ensures the Used Car Department is stocked with vehicles that can be sold profitably.

Responsibilities:

  • Buy Used Cars at below-market prices as deemed feasible
  • Market Used Cars and drive traffic to the dealership
  • Determine inventory values on purchases including off-street purchases and trade-ins
  • Manage reconditioning process with the Service Department to make vehicles ready for sale within 3 days
  • Coach sales team on how to sell used vehicles
  • Manage all showroom activities for the Used Car Department
  • Spend time with customers to determine their needs, discuss vehicle options, and assist sales team members in closing deals

Qualifications:

  • Strong Used Auto Sales and Used Sales Management Experience
  • Knowledge of vAuto, CDK, CRM, preferably Elead, and First Pencil desking tool
  • Strong Closing Skills
  • Strong Ethics and Values
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Excellent People Skills
  • Must pass background check
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record test
