Job summary

val's services is seeking an organized vehicle procurement specialist to acquire used cars for dealership inventory through auctions and alternative sources. You will coordinate with inventory and pricing teams to set stocking levels and manage transportation for reconditioning, ensuring timely handoffs and complete documentation.

You will inspect returned vehicles for condition, document findings, and communicate status across teams to support accurate records and quality control.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and purchasing used vehicles through auctions and off-auction channels.
• Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspection, condition assessment, and recordkeeping.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, including inventory and pricing functions.
• Knowledge of reconditioning coordination and vehicle logistics.
