Job summary

Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati is seeking experienced Automotive / Used Vehicle Technicians to join our growing service team. The role offers a climate-controlled shop, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance within Hudson Automotive Group.

Starting pay is $18+/hour based on experience, with potential commission and a busy service department ensuring steady work. We provide factory training, modern equipment, and tuition reimbursement to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities.
• Dependable work ethic and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• ASE Certifications (preferred).
• Experience in a high-volume service environment (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems.
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain required parts.
• Accurately document repairs and inspections on repair orders.
• Stay current on Mercedes technical bulletins and repair procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance and repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards
