The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a senior USCYBERCOM Strategy and Mission Development Lead with an active TS/SCI Poly to support strategic growth, customer engagement, and mission alignment across CACI’s intelligence and national security portfolio. This position is located in Annapolis Junction, MD, and will support engagement with USCYBERCOM, NSA, DoW, Intelligence Community partners, and the broader Fort Meade mission ecosystem. This role requires a recognized mission leader who understands USCYBERCOM operations, the Intelligence Community, senior-level decision-making, and the integration of intelligence-driven insight into complex cyberspace operations. The successful candidate will help shape CACI’s strategy for new and existing customers, identify emerging mission needs, align CACI capabilities to customer priorities, and provide executive-level perspective on opportunities, risks, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic engagement with USCYBERCOM, NSA, DoW, IC, and Fort Meade community stakeholders to shape CACI’s approach to current and emerging mission requirements.
  • Provide senior-level strategy expertise informed by direct experience supporting global cyberspace operations, intelligence operations, national mission teams, and joint mission execution environments.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, on-contract growth, strategic partnerships, alliances, and customer initiatives that support long-term expansion within the cyber and intelligence mission space.
  • Translate USCYBERCOM operational priorities, intelligence requirements, and customer mission needs into actionable business strategies, investment recommendations, and growth plans.
  • Advise CACI executive leadership on customer priorities, competitive activity, operational risks, market trends, and strategic positioning across the USCYBERCOM and Fort Meade ecosystem.
  • Integrate CACI technical capabilities, mission operations expertise, cyber solutions, and intelligence capabilities into coherent approaches for new opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Build business cases and investment recommendations that align CACI offerings to high-priority cyber, intelligence, SIGINT, operational planning, and mission support requirements.
  • Coordinate across CACI markets, submarkets, capture teams, solution architects, and program leadership to ensure customer engagement, solution development, and operational plans are aligned.
  • Represent CACI at customer engagements, industry forums, conferences, and community events within the cyber, intelligence, and national security mission community.
  • Support process improvement and strategic planning efforts that improve CACI’s ability to anticipate customer needs, respond to evolving mission requirements, and position differentiated capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Required: Active TS/SCI with Poly Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of related experience supporting DoD, DoW, Intelligence Community, cyber, intelligence, or national security missions. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Senior-level experience supporting USCYBERCOM, NSA, Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber, Cyber National Mission Force, military cyber operations, intelligence operations, or related mission environments. Demonstrated experience engaging with senior military, government, Intelligence Community, and executive-level stakeholders. Experience developing, leading, or implementing strategic initiatives, operational plans, mission transformation efforts, or organizational improvement efforts in support of cyber or intelligence outcomes. Strong understanding of USCYBERCOM missions, processes, operational priorities, and stakeholder environment. Knowledge of intelligence support to cyberspace operations, including all-source intelligence, SIGINT integration, targeting support, operational planning, and mission execution. Proven ability to influence across organizations using executive communication, negotiation, relationship management, alliance building, and sound operational judgment. Ability to translate complex customer mission needs into strategy, capability alignment, investment recommendations, and executable growth opportunities.
  • Desired: Master’s degree in national security, intelligence, cyber, business, or a related field. Experience leading large, joint, cross-functional, military, civilian, contractor, or interagency teams in a high-tempo operational environment. Prior command, senior staff, J-code, mission center, or operations center leadership experience. Experience with USCYBERCOM J2, J3, J5, J7, J9, Joint Intelligence Operations Center, Joint Mission Operations Center, Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber, or Cyber National Mission Force organizations. Experience supporting offensive cyber operations, global cyber mission management, intelligence production, target development, or national-level cyber priorities. Existing relationships within the Fort Meade, USCYBERCOM, NSA, DoW, Marine Corps cyber, or broader IC community. PMP, PgMP, DAWIA, or other relevant program, capture, strategy, or business development certification.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
