Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a part-time Boat Captain in Spring Hill, FL to direct ferry operations and ensure safe, compliant vessel management. You will serve as the primary on-board liaison with authorities and coordinate training and drills to uphold safety standards.

The role requires a current USCG license and TWIC card, ability to operate in all weather, and prior passenger vessel experience is a plus. Strong customer service and teamwork will be essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Requires a current and valid USCG license and TWIC card.
• Experience with passenger vessels is a plus.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the ferry's operations and ensure safe vessel handling.
• Perform cleaning and general upkeep of the passenger vessel.
• Maintain logs and coordinate with on-board management.
• Assist with docking, boarding and passenger safety procedures.
