Job summary

Danos is seeking a Deepwater Ballast Control Operator to ensure offshore facility stability through ballast and fluid transfer operations. The role requires a USCG BCO license, safety leadership, and adherence to HSSE standards in a demanding marine environment.

Primary duties include controlling ballast, managing vessel maneuvering, recording maintenance in Maximo, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• USCG BCO license required.
• Offshore experience preferred.
• Fully vaccinated.
• Rigger Certification.
• Crane Certification.
• Supervisory Experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in process and occupational safety.
• Control ballast and fluid transfer operations to maintain stability.
• Record maintenance routines and defects in Maximo with detail.
• Monitor supply levels of production chemicals and critical spares.
• Engage in CI initiatives and root-cause investigations to improve operations.
• Participate in drills and emergency response exercises.
