Takeda in Cambridge, MA seeks an Executive Communications Head to lead the USBU's executive communications and thought leadership. You will partner with the USBU President and U.S. Country Head and collaborate with global teams to craft compelling narratives and high-impact content.

The U.S. Business Unit (USBU) Executive Communications Head will lead executive communications and thought leadership strategy for the USBU President and U.S. Country Head. Reporting to the VP, Head of Communications, U.S., this role will partner closely with the USBU Communications team to develop and deliver impactful communications that inform, inspire, and engage both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will create compelling narratives and high-impact content, leveraging innovative channels and technologies to strengthen employee understanding and engagement while elevating Takeda's reputation and thought leadership presence across key external audiences.

For Location: Cambridge, MA U.S. Base Salary Range: $212,000.00 - $333,190.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
