Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing and in-stock levels.
  • Models and enforces customer/member service approaches to ensure needs and issues are resolved within Company guidelines.
  • Oversees implementation of community outreach and supports associates in serving the community.
  • Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for Vision Center and protects assets and safety controls.
  • Supervises and develops Vision Center associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and recognizing contributions.
  • Provides guidance on selecting products based on member/customer needs and performs measurements and maintains confidentiality of information.
  • Coordinates and oversees related activities, builds relationships with stakeholders, and promotes accountability and progress.

The hourly wage range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
