Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, stock and forecasting.
  • Models and guides Associates on customer service approaches to resolve issues per company standards.
  • Oversees community outreach and encourages Associates to serve as good community members.
  • Ensures compliance with policies, asset protection and safety controls, and implements action plans to improve performance.
