Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Vision Center Lead to drive sales and ensure top-tier customer service in the Huber Heights, OH Vision Center. You will manage merchandising, pricing, inventory and associate development while upholding company policies and integrity. You will lead safety and quality reviews and partner with stakeholders to meet community and business needs.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and community engagement within Walmart’s Open Door culture and EDLP/EDLC business model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of college or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience or 2 years general work experience including 1 year optical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Vision Center with effective merchandising, pricing, signing and inventory control.
• Oversee asset protection, safety reviews and quality assurance to improve performance.
• Provide supervision and development for Associates, including hiring, training and mentoring.
• Consult with Members/Customers to ensure eyewear quality and accurate prescriptions.

Minimum Qualifications
