• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years.


• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.


• No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.


• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification.

Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends. Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and ability to maintain a minimum of a 90 day Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC) card. No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years. Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report. No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle. No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle. No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle. As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
