The role requires DOT/compliance readiness, a valid driver’s license and English fluency, with hourly pay between $19 and $35. This is a full-time position at Walmart’s facilities network.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued drivers license.
• No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving within 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in 3 years for CMV operations.
• No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in 3 years for CMV.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• As required by FMCSA, ability to read and speak English.
• 2 years' experience in landscaping/gardening.
• Minimum age 21.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings and surroundings.
• Collaborate with associates on landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Adhere to safety, security and integrity protocols per policies and regs.

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid state-issued drivers license
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and be able to maintain a minimum of a 90 day Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC) card, Associate's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related area.
• Experience in third-party management.
• Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish.
• State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California, etc).
