Key Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, prune, and perform other grounds maintenance in parking lots and building exteriors.
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
• Work with team associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance activities.
• Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols in line with corporate policy and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and practices.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last three years.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and required medical certification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in landscaping or gardening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Maintenance of a 90‑day Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC) card.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in third‑party management.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, email and presentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Spanish speaking proficiency.
• State or local licensing where required.

Benefits and Compensation

Full‑time position with competitive hourly wage range of $19.00–$35.00, subject to local minimum wage.
