Job summary

Sam’s Club is hiring Team Managers in Clubs across locations, to lead Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising and Freight Flow. You’ll empower teams to delight members, grow sales, and develop people for long-term potential in a fast-growing company.

You will be responsible for living Sam’s Club values, driving servant leadership, and embracing change to implement digital tools and processes that enhance performance and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
