Position Summary...

Develops, communicates, and leverages a strategic vision aligned with company market and local plans and tactics to direct the management team and associates in facility operations, merchandising, and company direction. Provides supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly associates in a facility facing challenges such as high turnover, engagement issues, inexperienced staff, and recruiting difficulties in a competitive market. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, mentoring, succession planning, performance evaluation, recognition, and promoting diversity across organizational levels.

Upholds the company's Open Door Policy by engaging with associates, addressing concerns, researching issues, and ensuring responsiveness and resolution across managerial levels. Ensures compliance with policies by proactively managing compliance issues, developing relationships with officials, analyzing reports, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Oversees community outreach, representing the company and fostering community relationships, media interaction, and supporting sustainability efforts.

Drives financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals, controlling expenses, and analyzing economic trends. Manages customer service quality, merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory, and budgeting. Ensures store standards via the Academy training environment, fostering an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Develops strategies for attracting and maintaining a skilled workforce, emphasizing integrity, ethics, and a respectful environment.

Builds partnerships with community stakeholders, supports associate development, and models high standards of integrity and service. Makes data-driven decisions, promotes continuous improvement, and adopts new technologies. The annual salary range is $110,000.00-$170,000.00+, with additional bonuses and potential geographic or structural pay adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of general management experience, including financial accountability, and 4 years supervising at least 50 nonexempt and 5 exempt associates, or 4 years of management experience with similar supervisory responsibilities. Additional requirements include successful completion of job-specific training and assessments, and, for firearms-related facilities, background checks and certifications.

Preferred Qualifications...

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, with experience as a Store Manager in a low, medium, or high complexity store, or managing a grocery area in a retail environment.
