Within Data Ventures, the Site Reliability Engineering team serves as a central enablement function, driving reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across platforms and applications. We establish SRE best practices and build reusable automation, observability, and AI-powered capabilities—including intelligent agents and self‑healing systems—to accelerate incident resolution, reduce operational toil, and strengthen service reliability at scale.

What you’ll do:

What you’ll bring:

• Strong software engineering expertise in scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
• Deep knowledge of SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, observability, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/GenAI and agentic solutions for reliability engineering, customer support, automation, and self‑healing systems.
• Proven ability to build reusable automation and observability capabilities that standardize practices across teams.
• Proficiency in programming, cloud platforms, microservices, data pipelines, Kubernetes, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Technical leadership in architecture, engineering standards, and cross-team reliability improvements.
• Strong SDLC expertise, including CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and debugging.
• Excellent ownership, problem‑solving, and communication skills to influence engineering practices and deliver measurable reliability improvements across Data Ventures.

Bentonville, Arkansas US‑10735: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US‑11658: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
