Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, counseling members on health care and medication needs, and maintaining confidential information and required documentation
• Model and guide Associates on member service approaches to resolve needs, complaints, and issues per company guidelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, analyze reports, implement loss prevention and safety controls, oversee safety and quality assurance reviews, and develop action plans
• Maintain confidential documentation and records as required by company policies and applicable laws
• Promote the Walmart values and cultivate a culture of belonging, teamwork, integrity, and excellent customer/members service per the brand standards
• Deliver results for customers and members by making informed decisions and balancing short- and long-term priorities
• Support continuous improvement and adapt to new technologies and processes to enhance operations

What you'll do...

Provides comprehensive patient care to members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders administering immunizations counseling members regarding health care and prescription medication needs and maintaining confidential information controlled medications and required documentation

Models enforces and provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper Member service approaches and techniques to ensure Member needs complaints and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards

Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies procedures and regulations for assigned areas by analyzing and interpreting reports implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls overseeing safety operational and quality assurance reviews developing and implementing action plans and providing direction and guidance on executing Company programs and strategic initiatives

Maintains confidential information documentation and assigned records as required by Company policies and local State and Federal guidelines

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00 - $172,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
