What you'll bring

• Proven expertise in data engineering, including designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with ETL processes and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hive, and Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud, and modern data warehousing solutions.
• Experience implementing data quality frameworks and ensuring compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automated deployment in data environments
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and metadata management across data platforms.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
• Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.
• Option 3: Master's degree in Computer Science and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
• 3 years' experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics, ETL tools and working with large data sets in the cloud, Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
