Walmart is seeking a Senior Technician, Facility Services, HVAC/Refrigeration in Mays Landing, NJ. This full-time role supports and maintains Walmart's refrigeration and HVAC systems at the store facility, using commercial HVAC/R skills with hand tools and digital tools to complete repairs.

Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
- EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
- Driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass MVR.
- 18+ with HS Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment using hand, power and digital tools.
- Receive and document repair Work Orders, support store operations.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
- Inspect facilities and diagnose issues with HVAC systems.
- Complete safety and training requirements for equipment use.
- Comply with OSHA and EPA guidelines per Walmart policy.

As a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Tech nician at our local retail store, your role will support and oversee repair within the Walmart facilities Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets by utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.
Minimum Qualifications :
10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling
Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Duties:
Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets by utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.
Utilize the work order management system to receive repair Work Orders to support Stores and Store associates and document repair activities.
Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
Inspecting, operating , or testing facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely.
Ensures compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations and guidelines by performing work according to practices and procedures outlined in the Walmart Refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and comfortable working at heights frequently

1 year’s experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area or 2 years’ Walmart store experience.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
