About the team: The Realty Field Execution team leads the delivery of store projects, remodels, expansions, and relocations by collaborating with operations, construction, and facilities partners. They manage vendor relationships, coordinate timelines, and oversee material and fixture installations to ensure efficient, on-schedule project completion. Focused on clear communication and stakeholder collaboration, the team drives project success while minimizing operational impact. Their expertise supports continuous improvement and alignment with business goals, ensuring high-quality execution and a positive customer experience across all realty initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Extensive experience in managing multiple realty execution projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Strong expertise in project risk management, schedule adjustments, and communication of impacts to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in directing associates and third-party supervisors on project processes and procedures.
• Proficient in vendor relationship management and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings and convey project plans clearly.
• Adaptability to address improvement opportunities and promote continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Stock
