Overview
Currently seeking an Associate Analytical Scientist for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Lexington, MA.
Details for the position are as follows:
Pay: $35-46/hr.
6-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Responsibilities
Provide analytical support for upstream and downstream manufacturing science labs.
Work with matrix teams for assay transfer and troubleshooting assays.
Perform analytical assays for in-process samples in non-GMP environment.
Maintain electronic lab notebook and report data in a timely manner.
Write documents and reports to present findings in meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience in multiple analytical techniques related to biologic characterization.
Experience with method transfer, qualification, and validation is a plus.
Experience working with monoclonal antibody and/or protein therapeutics as applied to mammalian cell lines in a bioprocessing environment is desirable.
Experience with analytical assays such as SEC, SDS-PAGE, CE-SDS, ELISA, titer, etc. is desired.
