Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Loveland, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage freight flow, move and scan freight, and handle pallets with power equipment. This role ensures timely replenishment to stock and stores while maintaining safety and productivity.

You will perform basic equipment maintenance, inspect pallets for damage, log workflows, and support a culture of respect and teamwork. The position is onsite with competitive hourly pay and benefits through Walmart and Sam’s Club.

• Ensure freight quality by processing stray and damaged cases inspecting pallets shrink wrap and freight for damage cutting shrink wrap as needed and maintaining records logs and forms.
• Organize warehouse by using power equipment to remove pallets from pallet returns eg pallet storage trailers upstacking downstacking emptypallets and upstacking downstacking freight.

Salary

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.60 - $26.10* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
