Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Valdosta, GA is hiring a Dairy Plant Production Operator. You will monitor processes such as milk receiving, separation, standardization, pasteurization, and batching following SOPs and GMPs to ensure product quality and safety.

You will verify temperatures and charts, troubleshoot issues, ensure accurate paperwork, and communicate problems to management. You will maintain sanitation, support continuous improvement, and participate in team safety and training.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience in a distribution or production environment (for example, logistics supply chain, dairy plant, food processing, or manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Monitor dairy plant production processes including milk receiving, separation, standardization, pasteurization and batching.
• Verify charts and temperatures, ensure paperwork accuracy and product recording.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating difficulties and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain sanitation, support GMPs and safety practices, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Summary... What you’ll do... The hourly wage range for this position is $21.90 - $27.40* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
