Job summary

Sam’s Club in Jeffersontown, KY is seeking a Produce Department Lead to drive sales in the Produce and Floral areas and supervise hourly associates to deliver value to our members. The role requires leadership, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced club environment.

You will leverage handheld devices and collaborate with other leaders to execute the business plan, ensuring excellent member service, inventory accuracy, and smooth operations across the department.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to meet the business plan and support club objectives.

Position Summary...

As a Produce Department Lead you will drive sales in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will model expertise in Produce and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
