Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Pre-Grad Intern for our pharmacy team. You will gain hands-on experience, help process prescriptions and OTC orders, and support patient care in a community setting.

As an intern, you will learn to protect patient privacy under HIPAA, stock supplies, and collaborate with pharmacists and staff to deliver safe, effective therapies while participating in outreach activities with the local community.

• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification - (preferred).

What you'll do

• Ensure confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records according to Company policies, and local, State, and Federal guidelines.
• Help with processing prescription and over‑the‑counter (OTC) orders and purchases.
• Deliver patient care by recognizing the patient, assessing their needs, and helping navigate clinical therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.50 - $33.50* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
