Job description

Position Summary and Responsibilities Provides comprehensive patient care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations and participating in other Pharmacy programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate competitive pricing, proper in‑stock inventory levels, budgeting and forecasting sales, developing and maintaining cross‑functional relationships and assessing economic trends and demographics. Enforces proper customer service approaches and techniques, resolves customer complaints and issues within Company guidelines, participates in community outreach programs, ensures compliance with Company and legal policies and procedures, monitors loss prevention and safety controls, and develops action plans for Company programs. Provides supervision, training, mentoring, performance feedback and recognition for Associates in the Pharmacy area, promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace, ensures confidentiality of information and documentation, manages Pharmacy Operations, conducts Associate meetings, aligns operations with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, SOP, QA and policies, documents changes in pharmaceutical products and procedures, monitors inventory flow, manages finances including budget, analyzes financial data, and ensures compliance execution including billing procedures, HIPAA compliance, and Standard Operating Procedures. Creates a culture of patient safety, quality of care, and compliance execution, promotes reporting of errors, implements interventions, and fosters a regulatory‑centered environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active Pharmacy license by date of job entry.
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Preferred Qualifications

• U.S. pharmacy related experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 – $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location, and complex structure compensation based on external challenges.
