Job summary

Sam's Club in Fargo, ND is hiring for a member services associate to promote membership value, process memberships and upgrades, and support sales events. You will assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and ensure accurate orders and invoices while maintaining safety standards.

• Delivers Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; follows Open Door Policy; fosters a culture of belonging and teamwork.
• Adheres to safety practices including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
