Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is seeking a Coach in the United States (Wentzville, MO) to lead and develop associates, drive performance, and deliver a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities include hiring, training, guiding teams, managing daily operations, and collaborating across functions to meet business priorities while upholding safety and company standards.
The Coach is responsible for leading and developing associates, driving business and operational performance, and delivering a positive customer experience. This role oversees day-to-day operations, establishes clear expectations, develops talent, and promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Coach partners with associates, leaders, and key stakeholders to execute business priorities, achieve performance goals, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and expectations. Through effective leadership, communication, and decision-making, the Coach creates an inclusive, high-performing environment where associates are empowered to succeed and customers remain at the center of the business.

Monitors key performance indicators and operational standards to identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. Delivers exceptional customer service by ensuring associates understand and consistently meet customer expectations. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
