Walmart is seeking an Operations Manager for the Service Shop (Transportation) in Spring Valley, IL. You will lead fleet maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency across the service shop to support Walmart’s logistics network.

You will manage staffing, performance metrics, and safety programs while coaching a team of shop associates and leaders to achieve facility goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 3 years’ experience in fleet maintenance or related area OR 5 years’ experience in fleet maintenance or related area.
• Experience in service shop or fleet maintenance operations is required.
• Strong leadership, supervision, training, and development skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
